Настоящая Политика конфиденциальности описывает, как сервис Reexel Calendar («Сервис», «мы») обрабатывает персональные данные при использовании нашего Telegram-бота и настоящего сайта.

1. Оператор

Оператором Сервиса является владелец Telegram-бота Reexel Calendar. Запросы по данным: через бота по команде /privacy или email support@reexel.ru или @ReexelSupport.

2. Обрабатываемые данные

• Telegram: числовой ID, имя пользователя (@username), отображаемое имя, язык, а также содержимое отправляемых сообщений (текст, голос, фото, документы) для создания и поиска событий.
• Google: OAuth-токены для Google Календаря (refresh token хранится в зашифрованном виде), email аккаунта Google (при наличии), ID созданных событий.
• Подписка и платежи: статус триала и подписки, истории платежей (Telegram Stars / YooKassa) без сохранения полных реквизитов карт.
• Технические логи: серверные логи ошибок и посещений.

3. Цели обработки

• создание, просмотр и удаление событий в вашем Google Календаре по вашему запросу и подтверждению;
• AI-распознавание текста, речи и изображений для извлечения параметров событий;
• учёт пробных периодов и подписок;
• обеспечение безопасности и поддержки.

4. Третьи лица

• Telegram — доставка сообщений;
• Google — API Google Календаря и OAuth;
• AI-провайдеры — обработка содержимого для извлечения событий;
• Платёжные системы — Telegram Stars, СБП/Карта YooKassa.

Мы не продаём ваши персональные данные третьим лицам.

5. Защита данных

• База данных PostgreSQL на защищённом сервере оператора.
• Google refresh-токены шифруются по стандарту AES-256-GCM.
• Медиафайлы обрабатываются налету и не хранятся бессрочно.

6. Соблюдение Google API Services User Data Policy

Использование и передача любой информации, полученной от Google API, соблюдает Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.

Мы не используем персональные данные Google Workspace для обучения или улучшения моделей искусственного интеллекта (AI/ML).

7. Управление данными

• Отключение Google: команда /disconnect в боте или в настройках аккаунта Google.
• Удаление: заблокируйте бота в Telegram или запросите удаление аккаунта у оператора.
• События записываются только после вашего подтверждения.

8. Файлы cookies

Сайт минималистичен и не использует рекламные или отслеживающие cookies.

This Privacy Policy describes how Reexel Calendar (“Service”, “we”) processes data when you use our Telegram bot and this website.

1. Operator

The operator of the Service is the owner of the Telegram bot Reexel Calendar. Data requests: via the bot command /privacy or email support@reexel.ru or @ReexelSupport.

2. Data we process

• Telegram: numeric user id, username, display name, language, and message content you send (text, voice, photos, documents) to create or query calendar events.
• Google: OAuth tokens for Google Calendar (refresh token stored encrypted), Google account email (if provided), ids of events we create.
• Subscription / payments: trial/subscription status, payment records (Telegram Stars / YooKassa) without full card numbers (handled by payment providers).
• Technical logs: server logs (errors, usage), reverse-proxy access logs (may include IP).

3. Purposes

• create, list, and delete events in your Google Calendar at your request and confirmation;
• AI parsing of text / speech / images to extract event fields;
• trial and paid subscription accounting;
• security, abuse prevention, support.

4. Third parties

• Telegram — messaging delivery;
• Google — Calendar API and OAuth;
• AI / STT providers (operator-configured OpenAI-compatible APIs) — content for event extraction;
• Payment systems — Telegram Stars, optional YooKassa.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Storage and security

• PostgreSQL database on the operator’s server.
• Google refresh tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM (TOKEN_ENCRYPTION_KEY).
• Media is processed to extract events and is not kept as a long-term media library.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure

Reexel Calendar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Workspace user data to train, retrain, or improve artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

7. Your controls

• Disconnect Google: /disconnect in the bot and/or Google Account permissions.
• Stop using the Service: block the bot in Telegram; request account deletion from the operator.
• Events are written only after you confirm (unless you disable confirmations in settings).

8. Cookies

This site is minimal (home, privacy, terms, OAuth callback) and does not use advertising cookies.
